Returna is a tag that you can attach to your valuable items, such as wallets, keys, and bags. If you lose your item, the tag provides a simple and secure way for the finder to return it to you. All you need to do is activate your tag and wait for the good Samaritan to contact you via our secure platform.

Activating your Returna tag is easy. Simply follow the instructions on our Register a Tag page.

When someone finds your item, they simply text your unique code to our number and we open up a private sms chat between you and the finder. Neither of you see the other persons number, and you only share it if and when you are ready to facilitate the return.

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.

Shipping times and costs depend on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping (3-5 business days) and a paid express option (1-3 business days). These times may be longer for regional areas and orders outside of Australia.
